Subscription Plans & Payments
FacelessReels offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy:
For individual creators and small channels.
For agencies managing multiple channels.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
User Accounts
To use FacelessReels, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FacelessReels to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
- Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the platform
- Violate the terms of connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using FacelessReels. By using our Service, you grant FacelessReels a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.
FacelessReels and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FacelessReels and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Integrations
FacelessReels connects to third-party platforms including Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram/Meta. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party APIs that may affect our platform's functionality.

FacelessReels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FacelessReels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
